Peptide comparison
They are research blends that put peptides studied in tissue repair into a single vial. GLOW combines three: GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. KLOW adds a fourth, KPV, a tripeptide studied for its anti-inflammatory activity. That is the whole difference, and it is worth understanding what each piece contributes.
Compare mechanism, class, receptors and evidence. All compounds are offered with ≥99% purity verified by HPLC and a batch COA.
| GLOW | KLOW | |
|---|---|---|
| Components | GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 | GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 + KPV |
| Number of peptides | 3 | 4 |
| Focus of the set | Tissue remodelling and repair | Tissue repair plus modulation of inflammation |
| Distinguishing contribution | Not applicable | KPV: anti-inflammatory fragment of α-MSH |
| Format | Single freeze-dried vial | Single freeze-dried vial |
| Evidence for the blend itself | No published studies of the combination | No published studies of the combination |
Each component has its own line of research. GHK-Cu is studied in skin and collagen remodelling; BPC-157, in animal models of tendon, ligament and gut injury; TB-500, the active fragment of thymosin β4, in cell migration and repair. KPV, unique to KLOW, is studied for inhibiting NF-κB inflammatory signalling, mainly in models of intestinal inflammation.
It is important not to confuse the evidence for the components with that for the blend: published studies refer to each peptide separately, not to the combination. A blend simplifies working with several compounds at once, but it requires its certificate of analysis to identify and quantify each component.

KLOW contains the same three peptides as GLOW (GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500) plus KPV, a tripeptide studied for its anti-inflammatory activity.
There are no published studies of the combinations as such; the available evidence relates to each peptide separately and is mostly preclinical.
The identity and amount of each component, not just an overall purity. It is the only way to know the blend contains what it declares.
Purity ≥99% verificada por HPLC and batch COA.
