You can buy GLOW in Mexico for research at NeoPeptidos. GLOW is a triple stack that combines BPC-157, GHK-Cu (copper peptide) and TB-500 in a single vial. The three compounds have complementary mechanisms: BPC-157 for GI and soft-tissue repair, TB-500 for systemic cell migration, and GHK-Cu for collagen synthesis, antioxidant activity and growth signaling.

Comparativa detallada: GLOW vs KLOW →
GLOW is a lyophilized blend of three different peptides in a single vial: GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. It is formulated by grouping compounds whose preclinical literature converges on tissue repair and extracellular matrix remodeling, even though each acts through a different pathway.
Since it is a combination of three independent molecules, it has no single chemical identity: it has no CAS number, formula, molecular weight or sequence of its own. The identifiers belong to each component separately, and the batch Certificate of Analysis must report them individually.
Also known as: Triple stack · GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 in one vial.
The three components act through different routes, and that is precisely the logic of grouping them. GHK-Cu works as a physiological carrier of copper to copper-dependent enzymes, including lysyl oxidase, which is involved in the cross-linking of collagen and elastin. BPC-157 acts on angiogenic signaling, with increased expression and internalization of the VEGFR2 receptor and activation of the Akt-eNOS pathway. TB-500 sequesters G-actin and modulates cytoskeletal polymerization, which is associated with greater cell motility.
It is worth being clear about the scope of that description: the individual mechanisms are documented for each compound separately. That the combination produces a joint effect different from the sum of its parts is a design hypothesis, not an established finding: there is no specific literature on this blend as such.
Route used in the studies: Subcutaneous (SC). It is given for documentation purposes, to interpret the literature; it is not an instruction for use.
Precision matters more here than in a single-compound vial. The available evidence is that of each component separately, and it has already been described in their respective sheets: extensive and preclinical for BPC-157, established for topical use for GHK-Cu, and concentrated on the thymosin beta-4 fragment for TB-500.
There are no published studies on the blend itself. None of the three molecules is approved for human use, and GHK-Cu also has a split regulatory status depending on the route: in the FDA update of September 2023 it was placed in Category 1 with limitations for topical use, while its injectable routes were flagged in Category 2.
From an analytical standpoint, a blend of three peptides requires a Certificate of Analysis that reports the identity and purity of each one separately. A COA reporting a single aggregate purity value does not make it possible to verify the actual composition of the vial.
Reference: Ranges derived from each component; no clinical trials of the blend.
The following lines appear in the preclinical literature. They are listed for scientific reference only: they are not indications, efficacy claims or suggestions for use.
| Compound | Main difference |
|---|---|
| KLOW | It adds KPV to the three components of GLOW. KPV is a tripeptide derived from the carboxyl-terminal fragment of α-MSH, with literature focused on inflammatory modulation. |
| BPC-157 solo | A single compound with a verifiable chemical identity and the most extensive literature base of the three components. |
| GHK-Cu solo | A single compound, with the most established topical dermatological evidence of the group. |
The vial is delivered lyophilized, that is, as a dry powder obtained by freeze-drying. In that form it is stable and does not require a cold chain during transport: shipping does not compromise the material. On receipt, it is kept refrigerated between 2 and 8 °C, protected from light.
For the GLOW strengths, a reference reconstitution would be: el vial de 70 mg with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water queda a 23.33 mg/mL. The volume is not fixed — more water gives a more dilute solution with a larger measuring margin; less water concentrates it — and the choice depends on the working protocol.
The diluent is added slowly along the wall of the vial, never directly onto the powder, and left to rest for five to ten minutes. The vial is swirled gently until fully dissolved; shaking it hard subjects the peptide to mechanical stress that can denature it. Once reconstituted, it is kept refrigerated and is not frozen.
Bacteriostatic water contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative, which allows multiple draws from the same vial. Plain sterile water has no preservative and is only suitable for immediate use. Signs of degradation to watch for: cloudy solution, visible particles, change in color or odor.
GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 in the same lyophilized vial. The amounts of each component must appear on the product page and on the batch Certificate of Analysis.
No. The available literature corresponds to each component separately. That the combination produces an effect different from the sum of its parts is a formulation hypothesis, not a published finding.
Because a CAS number identifies a single chemical substance, and here there are three different molecules. Each component has its own and they must be reported separately on the COA.
No. It is sold exclusively as a research-use-only (RUO) reagent, labeled as not fit for human consumption. It has no COFEPRIS sanitary registration and no approval from any other agency for human or veterinary use.
Every batch comes with a Certificate of Analysis issued by an independent laboratory, with the HPLC chromatogram, the purity percentage, the batch number and the date of analysis. It is included in the price and you can download it from the product page and from your account.
Shipping is express, 1 to 3 business days depending on the area, with a tracking number, to all 32 states. Since it is a domestic shipment sent from within Mexico, it does not go through customs: there are no holds or import procedures.
