What are growth hormone secretagogues?
They are peptides that stimulate endogenous GH secretion. They are often studied in combination (for example CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin) because of their complementary action on the somatotropic axis.

Do peptides work for building muscle?
The compounds in this category do not act on muscle. In the models where they have been studied, they act on the somatotropic axis: the pituitary and the release of endogenous growth hormone. It is a distinction that is often lost and that changes the whole question.
The literature describes two families: GHRH analogs, such as sermorelin, tesamorelin and CJC-1295, and ghrelin receptor secretagogues, such as ipamorelin and the GHRPs. Tesamorelin has the most developed clinical program in the group, and it was studied in a specific indication that is not muscle gain.
What the published evidence does not allow us to claim is that these compounds produce hypertrophy in healthy people. There are no trials that have shown it.
What is sold on this page is a laboratory reagent labeled RUO: it has no sanitary registration, it is not intended for human or veterinary consumption, and that is why it comes with no dosing schedules or promises of results. If your interest is a treatment and not an experiment, the right conversation is with a doctor, not with a reagent supplier.
