Legal notice — Research use only

All NeoPeptidos products are sold exclusively for in vitro scientific research and laboratory use. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics or food, they are not registered for human or veterinary use and must not be administered to people or animals.

The information on this site (product sheets, guides, calculators, blog, Resource Center, chat and certification) is technical and informational. It is not medical advice, does not replace an assessment by a healthcare professional and must not be used to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.

Terms and conditions of use and sale

By using neopeptidos.com or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who may buy

• You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into contracts.
• By buying you declare that you are a researcher, professional or institution acquiring the products for research, and that you will not use or resell them for human or animal consumption.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if there are signs of non-research use, false information or fraud. If you already paid, we refund the full amount.

2. Products, prices and information

• Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN), are the total product price and include applicable taxes. Shipping, if any, is shown before you confirm the order.
• Images are illustrative. Purity, lot and Certificate of Analysis (COA) correspond to the lot shipped.
• If a price or detail shows an obvious error, we will let you know before charging and you may confirm the order with the correct information or cancel it at no cost.
• Promotions, coupons, wholesale prices, boxes and program discounts (healthcare professionals, affiliates) have their own rules, published on their page. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined and apply while published.

3. Orders and payment

• Your order stays on hold until we receive payment. You can pay by bank transfer (SPEI) to the account we give you in the confirmation and on WhatsApp or, if you prefer, by card through a payment link from an external processor that we send you on request. NeoPeptidos does not receive or store your card details: you enter them directly on the processor's secure page.
• The sale is completed when we confirm your payment. If payment is not received within a reasonable time, the order may be cancelled and the stock released.
• We will never ask for card details, passwords or verification codes by WhatsApp, email or phone. If someone does so in our name, it is not NeoPeptidos: report it to [email protected].
• Official channels: this website, the email [email protected] and the WhatsApp number +52 39 5107 0808. Before transferring, check that the account is in the name of the holder shown in your order confirmation. If anyone asks you to pay into another account, another name or by another method, do not pay and let us know.

4. Shipping

• We ship across Mexico by express courier. Delivery times shown are estimates and depend on the courier. Shipping costs $200 MXN and is free on orders from $2,000 MXN; the exact cost is shown before you confirm the order.
• You are responsible for providing a correct address and for someone being available to receive the package. Re-shipping due to a wrong address or absence may have a cost.
• Check the package on delivery. If it arrives damaged, incomplete or with the wrong product, let us know within 48 hours with photos of the package and its contents so we can replace or refund it.
• Lost or delayed packages, wrong addresses, cancellations and refunds: shipping, returns and refunds policy.

5. Cancellations, withdrawal and returns

• Under article 56 of Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 5 business days of delivery by notifying us by email or WhatsApp. The product must be returned sealed, unopened and in the condition you received it; return shipping is at your expense. We refund the product amount within 10 business days of receiving it.
• Because these compounds are sensitive to temperature and handling, we do not accept returns of opened, reconstituted or seal-tampered vials, except for manufacturing defects.
• If a product is defective or not what you ordered, we replace or refund it at no cost to you.

6. Account, free certification and chat

• With your first order we create an account with your email so you can check your orders, track shipping and not have to type your address again. We email you the login details; you can change the password at any time or ask us to delete the account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for what is done with it.
• The Free certification is an informational online course by NeoPeptidos. The certificate shows that you completed it; it is not a degree or academic title, it has no official recognition (RVOE) from Mexico's Ministry of Education and it does not qualify you to practice any profession or to prescribe.
• The site chat answers automatically using artificial intelligence. It can make mistakes, is not medical advice and does not create price or availability commitments: what counts is what is confirmed in your order. Do not share health information in the chat.
• Reviews must be genuine and about purchased products. We may decline or remove reviews that are offensive, false, contain personal data or describe use in people or animals.

7. Intellectual property

The site's texts, brand, logos, images, guides, calculators, courses and design belong to NeoPeptidos or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written authorization.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NeoPeptidos is not liable for damages arising from use of the products outside laboratory research, from the buyer's breach of these terms, or from site interruptions beyond its control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law.

9. Changes, governing law and complaints

We may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page with its date, and each order is governed by the version in force when it was placed. These terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico. For any complaint, please write to us first at [email protected]; you may also contact Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO). For any court dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, unless the law grants you a different venue.

Shipping, returns and refunds policy

Shipping

• We ship across Mexico by express courier. We prepare your order once your payment is confirmed, and delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch; some remote areas may take longer.
• Shipping costs $200 MXN and is free on orders from $2,000 MXN. The exact cost is shown before you confirm your order.
• Packaging is discreet: the outside does not show the contents. We send you the tracking number by email and WhatsApp.

When your package arrives

• Check it on delivery. If it arrives damaged, opened, incomplete or with the wrong product, let us know within 48 hours with photos of the package and its contents. We replace it or refund you at no cost to you.
• If tracking shows "delivered" and you did not receive it, tell us within the same period so we can open an investigation with the courier.

Delays and lost packages

• If tracking stops updating or the courier reports the package as lost, we file the claim. If the loss is confirmed, we resend your order at no cost or, if you prefer, refund you.

Wrong address or package not received

• Check your address when ordering. If you spot a mistake, tell us before the package ships and we will correct it at no cost.
• If the package is returned because of a wrong or incomplete address, or because nobody received it after the courier's attempts, re-shipping may cost a new shipping label.

Cancellations

• You may cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not shipped. If you already paid, we refund the full amount.
• Orders not paid within a reasonable time may be cancelled and the stock released.

Returns (right of withdrawal)

• Under article 56 of Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law, you may withdraw from your purchase within 5 business days of delivery.
• Conditions: the product must be sealed, unopened, labelled and in the condition you received it. Because these compounds are sensitive to temperature and handling, we do not accept opened, reconstituted or seal-tampered vials, or vials stored outside their label conditions, except for manufacturing defects.
• How to request it: write to [email protected] or WhatsApp +52 39 5107 0808 with your order number (NP-…), the products and the reason. We reply with the address and instructions. Please do not send a package without telling us: we would not be able to identify it.
• Return shipping is at your expense unless the product is defective or not what you ordered.

Refunds

• We inspect the product on arrival and refund the amount paid for it within 10 business days.
• If you paid by transfer, we refund by transfer (SPEI) to an account in the name of the person who placed the order. If you paid by card, the refund goes back to the same payment method through the processor; how long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.

Defective or wrong product, or questions about the lot

• If the product is defective or not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.
• If you have a question about purity or the lot, send us the lot number from the label and we will send you its Certificate of Analysis (COA).

Research-use-only declaration

By placing an order with NeoPeptidos you declare, under your own responsibility, that:

• You acquire the products exclusively for in vitro scientific research, analytical work or laboratory use, carried out by people trained to handle them.
• You will not administer them, or allow them to be administered, to people or animals, and you will not use them as a drug, supplement, food or cosmetic, or for diagnosis or treatment.
• You know they have no health registration for human or veterinary use and that NeoPeptidos makes no therapeutic claims about them.
• You will store, handle and dispose of them according to their label and the applicable health and environmental regulations.
• If you transfer or resell them, you will do so only to parties who meet these same conditions, keeping their research-use labelling and without attributing therapeutic effects to them.
• You understand that the site's information —product sheets, guides, calculators, courses, blog and chat— is technical and informational: calculations refer to preparing laboratory solutions, and figures from studies describe what their authors published. They are not directions for use in people or medical advice.

If you breach this declaration, you are liable for any damage caused by that use and you agree to hold NeoPeptidos harmless from third-party claims arising from it. We may cancel pending orders and stop selling to you, with a full refund of anything not yet shipped. This declaration forms part of the terms and conditions and does not limit your rights as a consumer under the law.

Comprehensive privacy notice

In compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), we explain how we handle your personal data.

Data controller

Pablo Garcia Betancourt (NeoPeptidos), located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for processing your data. Privacy contact: [email protected].

Data we process

• Identification and contact: name, email, phone/WhatsApp.
• Shipping and orders: delivery address (including interior number and delivery notes), products purchased, amounts, order history and payment receipts.
• Account: username, password (encrypted), certification progress and scores, reviews.
• Healthcare professionals program: profession and professional license number, to verify your profile.
• Affiliate program: code, attributed sales and, to pay your commissions, bank, account holder and CLABE. These are financial data: we only process them with your express consent, which you give by entering them in your dashboard.
• Conversations via WhatsApp, email or the site chat.
• Browsing: IP address, device, pages visited and cookies (see the cookies section).

We do not request sensitive personal data (for example, health data). Please do not share it in the chat, WhatsApp, reviews or forms.

Necessary purposes

• Processing, charging, shipping and following up on your orders; handling questions, warranties, returns and clarifications.
• Creating and managing your account; delivering the certification and issuing your certificate.
• Verifying your license in the healthcare professionals program and creating your code.
• Running the affiliate program: attributing sales, calculating and paying commissions and sending statements.
• Preventing fraud, protecting the site and meeting legal and tax obligations.

Secondary purposes (you may opt out)

• Sending reorder reminders, review requests and pending-cart notices.
• Sending promotions, news and the newsletter.
• Measuring site usage and the effectiveness of our advertising.

If you do not want your data used for these purposes, email [email protected] with the subject "No secondary purposes", or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out does not affect your purchases.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with providers that deliver a service to us and process it on our behalf: courier and shipping-label platform (only address, name, phone and order number; never the package contents), website hosting, email delivery, message automation, the card payment processor (only if you pay by card), the chat's artificial intelligence provider, WhatsApp (Meta). Some of these providers may be located outside Mexico. We may also disclose data to competent authorities when required by law. Under the law, these disclosures do not require your consent.

ARCO rights, withdrawal of consent and limits on use

You may access, rectify or cancel your data or object to its use, as well as withdraw your consent or limit its use or disclosure. Send your request to [email protected] with: your name and a way to reply to you; an official ID (or your representative's and the document proving representation); which right you wish to exercise and over which data; and any document that helps locate it. We reply within 20 business days and, if applicable, carry it out within the following 15 business days. Some data must be kept for legal or tax reasons (for example, data on paid orders, for the period required by tax law).

Retention and security

We keep your data while you have an account or relationship with us and for the applicable legal periods; after that we delete or anonymize it. We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect it (encrypted connection, restricted access, encrypted passwords). If a breach significantly affects your rights, we will inform you.

Minors

The site is not aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we detect a minor's data, we delete it.

Changes to this notice

Any change will be published on this page with its update date. If you disagree with how your data is handled, you may contact Mexico's personal data protection authority (Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno).

Cookie policy

Cookies are small files your browser stores when you visit a site. We use:

• Necessary: session, cart, login, security and language. The store does not work without them.
• Preferences: remembering choices you make, such as course progress or the catalogue view. If you buy without logging in, your browser also stores your interior number and delivery notes for up to 180 days so we do not ask for them again; they are only filled in when you type the same email, and they are deleted when you clear the site's data in your browser.
• Affiliate: if you arrive through an affiliate's link, we store their code for up to 30 days to credit the sale.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary ones, some features (such as the cart) will stop working.
