What is a research peptide? ▾
They are synthetic compounds made of short chains of amino acids, produced exclusively for laboratory studies and scientific research. At NeoPeptidos all our products are intended only for authorized researchers and are not approved for human or animal consumption.
How do I verify product purity? ▾
Each batch includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued by an independent laboratory with HPLC chromatography results. You can download it from your account at neopeptidos.com or request it directly on WhatsApp before your purchase.
Is bacteriostatic water included? ▾
Yes. All our products include pharmaceutical-grade bacteriostatic water at no additional cost. It is ready for reconstituting the lyophilized peptide from the moment you receive your order.
How should I store the peptides? ▾
The lyophilized powder should be stored at -20°C or below. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within the following 7 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and protect it from direct light.

We accept SPEI bank transfer, the fastest and most secure method. We coordinate your payment details on WhatsApp as soon as we receive your order.
When will my order be dispatched? ▾
Orders placed before 5:00 pm central Mexico time are dispatched the same business day. You will receive your tracking number by email and WhatsApp to track your shipment in real time.
What happens if my order is lost or arrives damaged? ▾
If your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, we reship it at no additional cost and with no questions asked. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email at [email protected] with your order number.
Do you ship throughout Mexico? ▾
Yes. We ship to every state in Mexico. Shipping costs $200 MXN and is free on orders over $2,000 MXN. Delivery time is 24 to 72 business hours.
