KLOW expands the GLOW stack by adding KPV, the anti-inflammatory C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH. This fourth component adds a specific anti-inflammatory layer, especially investigated in intestinal and skin inflammation models. The quadruple stack comprehensively covers repair, regeneration, antioxidant activity and inflammation.

KLOW is a lyophilized blend of four peptides in a single vial: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. It corresponds to the GLOW formulation with the addition of KPV, a tripeptide with literature focused on modulation of the inflammatory response.
Like any blend, it lacks a single chemical identity: it has no CAS number, formula, molecular weight or sequence of its own. KPV, the component that distinguishes it from GLOW, is the tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val, corresponding to the carboxyl-terminal fragment of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH).

The three components shared with GLOW act as already described: GHK-Cu as a copper carrier to matrix-remodeling enzymes, BPC-157 on angiogenic signaling via VEGFR2, and TB-500 on actin cytoskeleton dynamics.
KPV contributes a different pathway. It derives from the carboxyl end of α-MSH, and its preclinical literature focuses on modulating the inflammatory response, with studies in intestinal and dermal inflammation models. Its small size —three amino acids— is what has driven interest in it as a minimal active fragment.
As with GLOW, the description above corresponds to the individual components. There is no literature on this specific combination of four molecules.

The evidence is that of each component separately and there are no studies on the blend as such. None of the four compounds is approved for human use in any country.
KPV was placed in Category 2 of the FDA 503A list on September 29, 2023 and reviewed by the agency's advisory committee on July 23, 2026, together with BPC-157, TB-500 and MOTS-c. GHK-Cu keeps its route-dependent split status: Category 1 with limitations for topical use, Category 2 for injectable routes.
The analytical consideration becomes more demanding the more complex the blend is. With four components, a Certificate of Analysis that reports a single purity value does not make it possible to verify the composition: individual identity and purity are needed.

The vial is delivered lyophilized, that is, as a dry powder obtained by freeze-drying. In that form it is stable and does not require a cold chain during transport: shipping does not compromise the material. On receipt, it is kept refrigerated between 2 and 8 °C, protected from light.
For the KLOW strengths, a reference reconstitution would be: el vial de 80 mg with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water queda a 26.67 mg/mL. The volume is not fixed — more water gives a more dilute solution with a larger measuring margin; less water concentrates it — and the choice depends on the working protocol.
The diluent is added slowly along the wall of the vial, never directly onto the powder, and left to rest for five to ten minutes. The vial is swirled gently until fully dissolved; shaking it hard subjects the peptide to mechanical stress that can denature it. Once reconstituted, it is kept refrigerated and is not frozen.
Bacteriostatic water contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative, which allows multiple draws from the same vial. Plain sterile water has no preservative and is only suitable for immediate use. Signs of degradation to watch for: cloudy solution, visible particles, change in color or odor.
